Today is the day, and it comes with deep gratitude. For having the final book in my hands. For the opportunity to share my ideas with the world. For the possibilities this book has for helping people and companies embrace the Transformation Economy and contribute to human flourishing in the world. For God giving me the ability to think and write.

As The Transformation Economy officially arrives in the world today, I thank you for being along with me on this writing journey, thinking alongside me, challenging my ideas, and encouraging the work as it took shape. Your curiosity, encouragement, and support truly matter more than you know.

As I publish this, I’m in Minneapolis, hosting ASCEND, the live book-launch experience where we’re not just talking about transformation – we’re practicing it together, in real time. There’s something powerful about bringing these ideas off the page and into the room.

At the same moment, I’m also releasing The Transformation Economy Toolkit, which I’ve written (almost 20,000 words in addition to what’s in the book!) and Kevin Dulle’s illustrated and designed to help you move from insight to action. It translates the book’s ideas, principles, and frameworks into structured, actionable, and repeatable practice. Where The Transformation Economy introduces transformation as a new basis of value, the Toolkit provides the guidance, sequence, and working surfaces required to apply it – individually or with others. It is the book, operationalized.
